  • Pray for Callan Lowman, his surgery at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham has been rescheduled for October 4 due to him having RSV. Pray for his healing.
  • Pray for Julie Summers’ mom, Diana Hyde, who is recovering from open heart surgery and is in rehab in Mississippi.
  • Pray for Julie Summers’ co-worker’s children, Ellie Rose Moore and S. J. Taylor as they are receiving treatments for their leukemia.
  • Pray for Annette Prestidge as she recovers from hip surgery.
  • Pray for Bill Perkins, our guest speaker, for our 123rd Church Anniversary on October 21-23.
  • We are thankful for Jared Nelson’s mother-in-law, Daphney, who was able to have surgery to remove a brain tumor in Birmingham!

  • From Felicia Atnip regarding the newborn twins: Zoe’s brain scans revealed the damage she has. “They could see cysts and how bad it was. It is severe and she will most likely have cerebral palsy… The doctor said they got enterovirus and hers turned in to meningitis. He doesn’t know why Carter handled the virus better than Zoe.”   (Aug 20)
