Prayer Requests 7/25/2023

• Miss Lucille has several requests. 1. For a friend, Richard (Nashville), who may be sent overseas toward Ukraine; please ask for protection and safety. 2. Miss Lucille’s doctor said she may have a compression fracture in her back. She will be starting physical therapy and may need surgery. 3. She will not have to move to a new apartment! Praises!
• There are many others who are under the weather and have concerns. Please remember to lift up those that you come alongside who need encouragement and help.

Requests/Updates from Brother Scott’s Midweek Update, July 19th:

Requests:

• Pray for Deb Gordon, who is the wife of our missionary, Don Gordon, as she has surgery today to remove cancer from her lower jawbone.
• Pray for Katie Zeller, who is the wife of our missionary, John Zeller, as she is scheduled for an invasive surgery to remove a large cancerous mass on August 10.  
• Pray for our missionary Dan Woodard’s grandson Mark, who is a two-year-old undergoing treatment for leukemia.
• Pray for Sue Setzer, who had a fall and is in the hospital.
• Pray for the Isenhower family in their upcoming adoption. Also, for the birth mom in Utah as well. 
• Pray for Diane Eidson’s foot to recover from a recent accident at the house.
• Pray for Chris Gunnels, who needs healing from brain cancer. 
• Pray for the Fox’s son-in-law, Craig, who is undergoing a new treatment. 
• Pray for Bob Eidson’s son-in-law, Eric, who is in SICU following a serious car accident.
• Pray for Betty Hutchison as she recovers at Valley View rehab. 
• Pray for the Aquila family as they take care of Abigail.    
• Pray for Aaron Seals, who is 38 years old and under hospice care. He is a childhood friend of Mark Daversa.
• Pray for Sharon Dickman as she cares for her parents with dementia. 
• Pray for Peggy Newton’s daughter, Christy, as she waits on direction for future treatment.
• Pray for Connie Larry’s family.
• Pray for John and Mandy Boyd. Mandy had been our police officer on Sundays. She and her husband serve in the National Guard and have been deployed for the next two months. Pray for their protection and for their four children as well. 
• Pray for all our church family members who are homebound at this time, to be encouraged in the Lord (Dean Christensen, Jean Spray and Pat Willcutt).
• Pray for our Ukrainian friends’ safety, provision, and protection.
• Pray for our country to experience a spiritual awakening.

Updates:

• We are thankful for all who helped serve, in so many ways, during the Memorial Service for Patsy Campbell!
• We are thankful for the new addition to Nate and Kate in the arrival of Zion Christopher Douthit! Congrats to Terry and Dawne on the birth of their 19th grandchild!
• We are thankful that Dan Woodard’s grandson, Logan (1-month-old) was released from the hospital after a bout with bacterial meningitis!  
• We are thankful for your faithful giving to our Lord!
