- Steve Jeffreys is having major lower back surgery on Wednesday, November 8th. Please ask “that all goes well, for minimal pain, and for God to be glorified.”
- Joyce Scott’s daughter-in-law, Deborah Roth, is in the hospital with Covid. “The doctors have not been able to get her oxygen levels up and things seem to be going down hill.” Please ask our great, merciful God to help Miss Deborah’s body heal. [update via Michael Cranston]

Requests:
- Pray for peace and protection for Israel and for the salvation of the nations.
- Pray for Janice Garrison, who will be having surgery on a damaged finger tomorrow.
- Pray for Joan McFarlen’s great grandson, Ellis, for healing from RSV and pneumonia. He is still in the hospital breathing 40% on his own.
- Pray for Robin Arp’s dad, Mike Royster, who needs healing from heart and liver issues.
- Pray for Cindy Spee’s mother, Carolyn Batt, to regain her strength.
- Pray for Jim Forbes, who travels back to Nashville for an appointment for his pain next week. Also, Kristy is having severe knee and hand issues.
- Pray for Mistie Hutchison as her hip came out of place once again.
- Pray for Susan Kearley’s healing from undiagnosed health issues.
- Pray for the Fox’s son-in-law, Craig, who has terminal cancer.
- Pray for the Aquila family as they take care of Abigail.
- Pray for the Dickman’s as they care for her parents with dementia, especially for stamina.
- Pray for Peggy Newton’s granddaughter, Chloe, who is struggling with making good choices. Also, Peggy’s daughter Christy, whose scans were postponed to this week.
- Pray for Connie Larry’s family.
- Pray for Sue Setzer, as her foot heals and she regains strength.
- Pray for John and Mandy Boyd. Mandy had been our police officer on Sundays. She and her husband serve in the National Guard and have been on extended deployment. Pray for their protection and for their four children as well.
- Pray for all our church family members who are homebound at this time, to be encouraged in the Lord (Joyce Crumpton, Hutch and Betty Hutchison).
- Pray for our Ukrainian friends’ safety, provision, and protection.
- Pray for our country to experience a spiritual awakening.

Older Requests:
- Eveleene Hollingsworth has a broken and abscessed tooth that will need oral surgery to repair. Please ask Jehovah Rapha to help with her pain management until she can have the surgery and for complete healing after. (11/3)
- Jean Ward has a spot on her toe that required a skin graft. Please ask our Creator to touch that spot, to allow the graft to take, and to heal the wound completely. (11/1)
- Kristy Forbes is having “severe knee issues” but wants to wait until next summer for surgery. Please ask Jehovah Jireh to provide the sustaining help and time that she needs.
Updates:
- Janice Garrison had finger surgery on Thursday. “Dr. Maples said the surgery went well for her and as he was anticipating.” Please ask for her hand to be restored and pain management. (11/1)
- Heather Dionne (Precept class member) had cataract surgery on Thursday. “My cataract surgery went well yesterday and this morning’s post-op appointment confirmed that everything looks normal for the day after. It’s too early to tell what my vision will be when it stabilizes but I have full field of view and some level of sharpness in the affected eye.Thanks for the prayers and encouragement! Feel free to pass on my report to the prayer warriors and our Wednesday morning class.” (11/1)
- Joan McFarlen’s great grandson, Ellis, “is on room air only this morning. Still weaning from meds and is now nursing. If he continues to progress w/o oxygen, he will be able to go home Friday evening or Saturday. Thank you so much for your prayers! This has been a heart wrenching ordeal for the whole family. The prayers of many and God’s mercy and grace in response to those prayers is amazing! What a mighty God we have!”
- Charles Hill is in Encompass Rehab. Please ask our compassionate God to watch over him and Delores.
