Requests:

  • Julie Martin has been admitted to Madison Hospital with pneumonia. Please ask for healing and recovery.
  • Laura Aquila’s brother, Kevin Richardson, will be having his heart procedure on Tuesday, March 19th. Please ask for wisdom, favor, and success.
  • Terry Douthit’s mother passed away [Saturday]. Please ask the God of All Comfort to minister to Terry and his family.

Older Requests:

  • The Prime Timers went to 50 Taters last week. A waitress found out we were a church group and gave us a prayer request. Her daughter, Leigha Phillips, had a bone marrow transplant after being critically ill. She will undergo testing on the 18th “to see if it’s good.” Please ask Jehovah Jireh to provide clear, true results from the test and restored health.

Updates:

  • Debbie Sowers updated on the Dixon family: The son that has stage 4 lung cancer, was placed on a ventilator early Monday morning. “Please pray for Mike and Suzanne (mom and dad), it is so so tough. Their faith wavered for a bit after David’s suicide but they have regained their faith and trust in God again.”
  • Melinda Stephens re little Xander:  “all the tubes [have been] removed and they are getting him out of bed to walk. Also he passed a swallow test and he is getting tiny amounts of real food. They are pleased with his progress. Overall, things are going really well. No word as to how much longer he may be in the hospital.”
  • Cheryl Parker’s sister, Janice (who has brain cancer), “is doing ok. She spent last week in the hospital for an infection but is home now and doing a little better. She is still struggling with fatigue.”
