Requests:

  • Scott Martin “passed out in the shower on Monday and was in the hospital for 2 nights. He is on meds for low blood pressure and a migraine. He is still lightheaded at times. He is supposed to return to work on Monday.”  Please our merciful Lord to give wisdom and guidance to Scott, his doctors, and for answers and recovery.

  • Charles Hill has pneumonia. Please ask our merciful Lord to watch over Mr. Charles.

Updates:

  • From Polly Edward’s neighbor: “Ray Heron, 13 years old, was thrown from and kicked in the head by a horse.” Ray is out of the medically induced coma but is in a lot of pain. Please ask that the Lord give pain relief and an easing of the symptoms.
  • Wally Fox said that his son-in-law, Craig Hilbert, has been placed in hospice care. Please ask the Lord to comfort the family during this difficult time.
  • Dawne Douthit’s father, Len Worlund, passed away and the funeral was Friday, June 14th. Please ask our Comforter to minister to the family and for travel mercies as the extended family returns home.
  • Vlad Vozniak, one of our missionaries in Slovakia, sent the following update to Michael Cranston:  “Thank you very much for your care! Thank you very much for the care of the Church! Thank you very much for your prayers! I sincerely thank you for the prayers of the Church! …The MRI showed that there is a neoplasm in the brain, but it is not critical… The doctor said that the blood vessels in my neck and brain are narrowed, the blood flow to the brain is poor, and for this reason the brain swells and vision decreases. The doctor gave me a referral for hospitalization in the neurological department of the hospital (plus a neurosurgical examination) for full treatment…” Please ask the Lord of Hosts to watch over Vlad in his physical trials and give him favor for the the treatment he has ahead of him.
  • Cindy Miller’s mother, Neida Bice, fell and has been in rehab. She is still experiencing pain in transitions up/down, but none while sitting or lying down. Miss Neida is scheduled to leave rehab this Wednesday. “Praying she will listen and use her walker to avoid more falls.”
