Requests:
- From Cindy Miller: Their granddaughter, Lydia, “was hit by a car yesterday [Monday] as she was headed to get on the bus. She is getting casts on both legs. No weight bearing for 6-8 weeks. No surgery for the right ankle. They’re going to do a repeat xray in two weeks to make sure she doesn’t need surgery on the left leg.”
Older Requests:
- Debbie Coyle was to have a heart catheterization but “her heart went out of rhythm on the pre-procedure EKG. The catheterization was canceled because they think that’s the problem instead of blockage.” She will have an ablation instead. Please ask the Lord to watch over Deb, Rocky, and the girls.
Updates:
- Michael Cain’s wife, Heather, went to the ER last week for a pulmonary embolism. The procedure went well, and Heather will have to stay in the hospital as “they have to see how she responds as they slowly reduce her oxygen supply to see if she can be without it. They couldn’t get all the clot in her lung but they saw an immediate improvement so it looks good. She will be on blood thinners for at least 6 months till the remaining clots in her lung and leg absorb into her body.” If you can help with meals, please visit Take Them a Meal
