Requests:
- Rocky Coyle has an ascending aortic aneurysm and is scheduled for surgery on Friday, January 26. Please ask for favor and success.
Older Requests:
- Cheryl Parker’s sister, Janice Haydu, has been battling cancer for years. A recent scan showed that the cancer has spread to her brain. The radiation treatment is complete. Janice went to her doctor, and the scan showed that she “now has a blood clot in her lungs and [the] cancer has spread to liver as well as the brain.” Please ask our Great Shepherd to sustain Janice, to provide peace and freedom from pain/treatment side-effects. Please also pray for Cheryl and the rest of the family as they come alongside Janice.
- Cheryl McLaughlin has been sick, easily fatigued and constantly short of breath. Please ask our merciful Friend to give wisdom and help to Cheryl.
- From Eric Edwards: “Please pray for Mike and his family. Mike was injured in a workplace fire late Saturday night and is now hospitalized. He is the owner of the business that sustained the fire damage.” We are working to get an update.
Updates:
- Jan Kosovac heard back from her doctors after her tests and scans. She does not have cancer, but she does have arthritis in her neck and spine. She will be using physical therapy to strengthen her core and body. Please continue to pray for success and strength as she works through this diagnosis.
- Beth Pearson had an update on Anton: “He is alert just not breathing good and his pulse is all over the place. Congestive heart failure, enlarged heart, fluid around his heart and longs. Blood clots. He’s in read bad shape.” Please ask our Lord to grant mercy to Anton and for opportunities for the gospel.
- Teresa Humphrey updated on Savannah, Ben and the baby. “We got news today at her OB appointment. It went well. Still plenty of fluid around baby, no more leaking. Cervix is closed. They’re going to monitor her for several more weeks to make sure baby does well and is growing. Also to keep monitoring her fluids. Thank you for the prayers. Please continue to keep them in your prayers!”
- Scott Martin had another MRI Wednesday; hoping to hear from the doctor [this week].
