Requests:

  •  “Please pray an accurate diagnosis for Colby Thomason, a father of five and coworker of David Sedberry, as the medical professionals attempt to determine his health issues.”
  • Scott Martin is scheduled to have outpatient back surgery on Tuesday next week. Please ask for favor and success.
  • Melinda Stephens asks us to pray for Victoria and Lucas’ four year old nephew, Xander, who had emergency surgery to repair a tear in his diaphragm and collapsed lungs. The surgery went well, but he will stay in the children’s hospital in Birmingham for 4-6 weeks. Xander now has pneumonia, but cannot be put on a “ventilator because it would expand his stomach too much.” Please ask Jehovah Jireh to provide healing and recovery for this little one.

Older Requests:

  • Cheryl Parker’s sister, Janice Haydu, has been battling cancer for years. A recent scan showed that the cancer has spread to her brain. The radiation treatment is complete. Janice went to her doctor, and the scan showed that she “now has a blood clot in her lungs and [the] cancer has spread to liver as well as the brain.” Please ask our Great Shepherd to sustain Janice, to provide peace and freedom from pain/treatment side-effects. Please also pray for Cheryl and the rest of the family as they come alongside Janice.

Updates:

  • Teresa Humphrey updated on Savannah, Ben and the baby. “She’s okay. Cramping and bleeding still, but she has an ultrasound on Wednesday to check and see what is going on. Please keep praying.”
  • From Teresa Humphrey: Kevin Wright’s father “was definitely dehydrated but is now doing better. Back in the assisted living facility. Keven wanted me to thank y’all for all the prayers for his dad, sister and him.”
  • Steve Spray’s mom, Jean, is home after her ER visit.
