- Deb Sutton asks for prayer for her nephew’s wife, Rachel McRee: “She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and will undergo surgery Monday. Please pray that the cancer is contained and has not spread. She is a strong believer [member of Mt. Zion Baptist] and mother of three. She will appreciate all the prayer she can get.”

- Charles Hill was taken to Huntsville Hospital. The latest update: “Unfortunately they just confirmed that part of what is going on with Charles is the return of ileus (inability of the intestine to move waste out of the body). They are calling in a neuro because it might be his brain, nervous system, or seizure. He is not responding to us. Prayers appreciated from my prayer warriors.” Please ask our Lord God Almighty to watch over the details needed for Mr. Charles and to give wisdom for those taking care of him.
- Cheryl Parker’s sister, Janice (who has brain cancer), “is doing ok. She spent last week in the hospital for an infection but is home now and doing a little better. She is still struggling with fatigue.”
Updates:
- Julie Martin is home. Her sinus surgery has been moved up to April 19th. On Tuesday this week, she returned to the ER with chest pains and dizziness, and might have a sinus infection.”My white blood count was really high and the fluids I received helped the chest pain and the dizziness. All heart tests were normal.”
- Laura Aquila’s brother, Kevin Richardson, had five bypasses and is home, and “he’s doing really well with his recovery. Of course we would love continued prayers for his recovery process … thank you for praying.”
