- Cindy Roper had “emergency surgery last night. It is complicated but it is due to a mass found on her ovary that has involved her colon. She is still in surgical intensive care. Please pray for healing, strength for Jennifer, Todd and Sonya.” [via Deb Sutton]
- Cherry Eade is having a thyroidectomy tomorrow [Thursday] morning at 7am at Crestwood. “Asking peace for me, wisdom and skill for the surgical team, and that Christ be glorified.”
- Two requests from Bruce and Laura Aquila: their daughter, Abigail, may have aspirated and is in the hospital. Please ask our Sovereign Lord to give what help is needed. Secondly, Bruce has a co-worker, Laura Stiegler, who broke her foot and ankle. Please ask for healing and recovery. (3/7)
Requests/Updates from Brother Scott’s Midweek Update, March 1st:
- Pray for the Barkley family in the passing of their brother, Johnny. His funeral is today in Decatur and burial at Memory Gardens in Huntsville.
- Pray for Heather Moore’s mom, who is dealing with dementia.
- Pray for Sharon Dickman’s mom and dad, Jackie and Ursula Hall with many health issues. Her dad is currently in the hospital having a difficult time with delirium.
- Pray for Kathy Sanderson as she waits for the next step in her recovery.
- Pray for Chris Gunnels, Principal at Harvest Elementary, who was diagnosed with brain cancer.
- Pray for Amy Madison’s grandmother, who is in Regency recovering from a stroke.
- Pray for our Ukrainian friends’ safety, provision, and protection.

- We are thankful for the clear cancer report Earl Ray received!
- We are thankful that William Newton is doing better, and Peggy’s daughter got an all clear report from her PET scan.
- We are thankful that James and Mary Yates have now relocated to live at Windsor House here in Huntsville!
- We are thankful that Paula Duncan’s granddaughter Erin is doing better!
Older Requests:
- From Jewel Gipson for her son’s mother-in-law, Faye Stiles, who has been having seizures. The medical treatment has so far not stopped Mrs. Stiles’ seizures, and the doctors are near the end of what they can do for her. Her husband has his own health issues. Please ask our Sovereign Lord to minister strength and mercy to the Stiles and their family. (3/1)
