Requests:

  • Roger Kapp (81 years old), who was serving in Honduras with the mission team from our church, had a medical event Wednesday morning and has passed away. Gladys (who did not go on the trip) is in contact with the American consulate in Honduras, and Michael Cranston will stay in Honduras until Roger is put on a plane. They have three children, Beth, Bill, and Tink, and three grandchildren, Madeline, Ben, and Jacob. The plan will be for Roger to be interred in Iowa, but no arrangements have been made yet. Please lift up Gladys and the rest of the family during this time of unbelievable grief and travel. To see Roger’s photo, please use this link.
  • Ronnie Cribbs passed away early Wednesday morning. The visitation will be at West Huntsville Baptist Church on Saturday, June 29th from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with the service immediately following at 11:00 a.m. Please pray comfort and strength for Belinda and the family as they gather together. Older Requests:

  • A lady in our Precept class, Ronda Little, helps to lead a Good News Club after-school program at Heritage Elementary. Because of space problems, the school has notified them that the club could not be allowed to use a room in the school in the fall. “We are trusting God to provide direction, where we need to have a club, to use this to raise up more clubs/leaders. God can turn it all for good… We hold this in an open hand to the Lord.”
  • From Sondra Craze:  Her friend, Vickie, has a sister named Doris who is 92 years old. “Doris is in a nursing home with Hospice care. Vickie asks that we pray for God’s mercy for Doris. She is suffering & is in pain.” Please ask Yahweh Roi, our covenant God Who Sees, to grant mercy to Miss Doris.
