Update from the team last night (8/15/22): “We had a great day of ministry! We piled in a couple of trucks this morning and drove a little ways down a dirt road to a two room school. We were able to sing some silly songs and songs about Jesus love for us! We were able to share the Gospel and also give each child food to take home to their families. We have our t-shirts and candy as well. It was a lot of fun. We were able to do this for two different classes, about 30 kids in all. After lunch we drove to another community and went door to door praying with families and sharing with them. We heard some heart breaking stories but were able to share the healing love of Jesus with them. We prayed for healing, we prayed for God’s provision, we prayed for protection and we prayed for salvation. What a blessing to be used by God to bring hope to such precious people!”
Today the team plans to go to another school. They will sing and share God’s love with the kids there. The team will also provide food for the children to take home to their families. They also plan to stop along the side of the road and minister to families that are in desperate need. Please pray that God would direct them to the places He has prepared.
