Wednesday
This morning we started off our last full day here with vendors coming to the farm to share their beautiful creations like wood carvings, bracelets, keychains, baskets, hammocks, toys, etc. After, we had our last day of food ministry in a community in Monte Rodondo near the farm. We continued our work of passing out bags of rice and beans to families as well as candy, tshirts, and toys. Our time was filled with meaningful conversations about the gospel and their lives and prayers. On the way home we had the opportunity to ride on Moto Taxi’s to get back to the farm! Then we had lunch and spent the afternoon with the kids in the ministry and had the opportunity to go to the water tower on the farm. That night we walked to Acra de Noe, the church near the farm. Mercedes Holte and Caitlin Reeves from our team had the opportunity to share a few things about their experience here in Honduras. We also got to hear a meaningful message from Pastor Josue. Thank you for your continued prayers this week! This trip has been such a blessing to all of us and we are so thankful for your help in providing a way for us to be here! We look forward to seeing you Sunday and sharing what God has done here this week in Honduras!
Thursday
The team left Honduras to begin traveling home on Thursday afternoon. They are scheduled to be back in Huntsville on Friday Morning.
